Martine DESROIS, Joevin SOURDON and Alexis JOUENNE were at Saint-Malo for the Printemps de la Cardiologie, Recherche Fondamentale et Clinique, which took place from the 21st to the 23rd of May 2025 to share their work on cardioprotective effects of intermittent fasting and resveratrol with two posters.
