The Center for Magnetic Resonance in Biology and Medicine is seeking a motivated postdoctoral researcher with a strong background in brain diffusion MRI for a 24-month period (contract: 12 months + renewal of 12 months). The successful applicant will on work in the field of brain diffusion MRI – tractography (connectome) at 7T and 3T in patients with drug-resistant focal epilepsy in relation to individual virtual patient modeling. More specifically, this work will be part of an ancillary study within the framework of the national project EPINOV (Improving EPilepsy surgery management and progNOsis using Virtual brain technology) (http://www.epinov.com).Télécharger la fiche de l'offre
A post-doctoral position in pre-clinical neuroimaging is currently available at the Center for Magnetic Resonance in Biology and Medicine (CRMBM, Director Monique Bernard). The CRMBM is located on the Campus of the Medical School in Marseille (France), adjacent to the University Hospital of La Timone, the largest medical facility in Southern Europe. The position, starting as soon as possible, is funded for 3 years by the National Agency for Research (ANR). We are looking for a highly motivated post-doctoral scientist with significant experience in pre-clinical DTI and functional MRI. The successful candidate will join the team headed by Dr Angele Viola and will take part in a collaborative project on mouse in brain connectome led by Dr Christophe Bernard (Aix-Marseille University) an expert in connectome-based modelling (“The Virtual Brain” TVBM project).Télécharger la fiche de l'offre
A 12-month postdoctoral position is available at the Centre de Résonance Magnétique Biologique et Médicale (CRMBM, CNRS / Aix-Marseille Université / Hôpital de la Timone) in the Spinal Cord MR imaging team (dir. V. Callot). By taking advantages of the arrival of our new 3T system (Vida, Siemens) and parallel transmit capabilities of our 7T system (Magnetom, Siemens), we look for a highly-motivated candidate interested in developing/optimizing advanced techniques to further strengthen spinal cord investigations (faster acquisition, whole spine coverage, B1/SAR issues, B0 inhomogeneities). Starting date: preferably no later than November 2020. ! Applications are now closed / Position filled.Télécharger la fiche de l'offre
