Research
The aim of the project is to create a mouse brain segmentation tool (brain volume and sub-structures) using state-of-the-art artificial intelligence techniques such as networks of deep neurons. This segmentation tool will be based on a training database generated from 2D anatomical MRI of healthy and pathological brains.
This project involves the following topics:
Segmentation of mouse brain structures, deep neural networks, training database, 2D anatomical MRI, brain morphology, healthy mice and mice with brain pathologies
